Prosciutto and Melon

 

Ingredients

  • 4 ozs prosciutto
  • 1 cantaloupe

Directions

  • For a sit down first course, put 2-3 thin slices of peeled melon on each plate and drape 2-3 slices of prosciutto over them
  • For finger food, cut melon in cubes and wrap prosciutto around them, holding in place with a toothpick
